Click “Open an account”, enter your name, email and a strong password, then confirm your email address using the link you receive. Your account and IBAN are created immediately.

It is a security measure: until the address is confirmed, signing in is not possible. The link is valid for 24 hours and can only be used once.

In your client area under “My bank details”: you can view them, download them as a PDF or have them sent to you by email. They are also sent when the account is opened.

You enter the amount and the destination, then type the 6-digit code sent by email. The code expires after 10 minutes and the number of attempts is limited.

Check your spam folder, then request a new link or code after the waiting time shown on screen. If the problem persists, contact support.
